More than 3,000 students thronged the University Science Malaysia (USM) career exhibition held at the campus on 16 and 17 June 2023.

Featuring leading employers in various industries under one roof, the fair was an avenue to help students to discover their dream job or internship, and get career advice.

Eupe’s People & Culture team, as a bronze sponsor of the event, was one of 50 companies which set up a company booth at the Career and Education Expo 2023 (EKSPEN 2023).

Oher companies at the Expo represented sectors as diverse as Real Estate & Construction, Oil & Gas Services & Equipment, Financial Services, Hospitality, Food & Beverages, Retails, e-Commerce, Information and Communication Technology and many more.

Eupe’s People & Culture Manager, Ms Jane Lee, said: “Our goal is to engage directly with potential job seekers from the university to source out young minds with fresh ideas and perspectives who can help Eupe grow as a company.

Ms Lee said Eupe received 200 resumes from students who had shown interest in joining the company during the two-day exhibition.

“We had QR codes at our booth for students to scan and submit their resumes digitally.

“We had the opportunity to connect with many talented and dynamic students, and we were honoured by their evident interest in our company and the opportunities we have to offer,” she said.

Eupe’s People & Culture team is looking forward to engaging with more local universities and colleges to identify and recruit the best talent to strengthen the organisation.
