Job description
  • Responsible in the creative design of all Eupe’s marketing promotional materials including but not limited to brochures, company reports, company and project websites, social media sites and email-based communication materials.
  • Assist in developing creative and innovative design that are in line with the company’s overall branding approach and reflect Eupe’s values and goals.
  • Ensure that design of materials can be translated into printed and digital materials in a cost and time effective way.
  • Assist in providing new ideas and concepts that continue to develop Eupe’s overall progressive visual brand.
  • Assist in completion of marketing materials by coordinating with outside agencies, such as printers, etc.
  • Ensure that Eupe’s visual design works keep pace with the latest design technologies.
  • Provide support to any ad hoc assignments.
Job requirements
  • Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant prior working experience in corporate company.
  • Knowledge of property/real estate industry would also be a distinct advantage.
  • Meticulous, eye for details, observant and a knack of creativity.
  • Organized, disciplined, independent and self-driven with track record of integrity and commitment towards high performance.

Job description
  • Responsible for Architectural, Landscape and Interior Design (ID) matters for project.
  • Ensure all works are in accordance to the contracts, approved drawings and specifications.
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with contractors, consultants and the project team, and other parties on matters related to architectural and ID details, materials and workmanship, builders’ work specification and requirements, statutory compliance, contract requirements and issue related to site progress.
  • Monitor, co-ordinate and review all engineering, architectural and ID drawings for any discrepancies and outstanding detail as well as to provide recommendations and modifications that suit to site condition.
  • Leading architectural team to oversee construction activities for Architectural, Landscape and ID works including work quality and site safety.
  • Monitor site progress in relation to stage completion for billing.
  • Attend site and co-ordination meeting, maintain all site records and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
Job requirements
  • Member of professional institution, i.e. PAM
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in the related field; preferably related to site working experience for High-rise Development and completed at least 1 construction project cycle.
  • Must have good understanding of full project lifecycle and stage billing schedule H as per HDA Act 1966.
  • Able to work independently and possess good negotiation & interpersonal skills, meticulous, confident, high analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

To add on: The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
