Senior Management
Dato’ Beh holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Western Australia. He was attached to Hewlett-Packard before he joined the Eupe Group in 1995. Taking over as Managing Director soon after, he oversaw the operations of the Eupe Group, its restructuring and the subsequent listing of Eupe Corporation Berhad on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. He is also a non-independent executive director on the Eupe Board.
Mr. Ng is an accountant by profession, holds a Bachelor in Accounting (Honours) and is a member (Chartered Accountant) of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA) since 1992. He was formerly the Chief Financial Officer of three public listed property development companies, including Land & General Berhad. He began his career as an Auditor with one of the ‘Big Four’ accounting firms, before moving into the manufacturing sector as well as hospitality, leisure, property development and construction sectors with another two large diversified groups in Malaysia. He has more than twenty-five years of experience in professional accountancy, auditing and investigation, trading and manufacturing, hospitality and leisure, and property development and construction, financial and risk management, strategic planning, as well as business evaluation and implementation. Mr. Ng joined Eupe as its Chief Financial Officer in early 2015.
Mr. Chang has 20 years of experience in both public and private sectors in design consultancy and construction as well as in property development across market segments, asset classes and countries. He worked for seven years in Singapore's Housing & Development Board and was responsible for the development of a new generation of Transport Oriented Development (TOD) in Clementi, Singapore. Working for Surbana International Consultancy, he was instrumental in opening up a range of new markets overseas. He also worked for Keppel Land China for four years, during which time he was responsible for the design of more than 28 development projects in 11 different cities in China. He graduated with Honours and Distinction in Design at the National University of Singapore.
Datin Michelle heads the marketing and design division for Eupe. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Law from University of Wolverhampton. She has held a number of management roles with Eupe since joining the company in 1997. Her key role is to ensure Eupe’s property designs are a defining trademark of the Eupe Group. She also has overall responsibility for the Group’s project marketing strategies.
Mr. Tan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and has over 18 years of experience in the engineering and property development sector. He has been involved in the construction and development of a number of major building and infrastructure projects in Malaysia and overseas, including Kajang SILK Highway, Rihan Heights in Abu Dhabi, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Prince Court Medical Centre as well as luxury hotels, high-rise condominiums and an award-winning commercial complex.
Prior to joining Eupe in 2020, he was the Development Director in an international real estate company, involved in the development of Tun Razak Exchange, a world-class, integrated, mixed development in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
Mr. Sim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Construction Management and Economics. He has held senior management positions in several public listed companies involved in construction and development. He has more than 30 years of experience in construction management and cost management of projects ranging from landed properties to high-rise offices and residential buildings, shopping malls and townships. Prior to joining Eupe in 2016, he was the Director of Cost and Contract in the construction division of a public listed company.
Dr Mark Triffitt worked as a strategic communications director as well as policy consultant advising Australian governments and corporates for more than two decades. He has also been a lecturer in strategic communications as well as a political journalist. He has a PhD in politics from the University of Melbourne.
Mr Chuan was appointed as Head of Construction cum Deputy General Manager for Township Development on 1 January 2019. Mr Chuan is an Engineer by profession, holds a BSc in civil engineering and an MBA degree. He has more than 34 years of working experience in both the construction and development industry. He is a Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia and a Corporate Member with The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia. He has been involved in the construction of a number of major projects including SPRINT highway, hospitals, commercial complexes, stadium, port and high-rise condominiums. Prior to joining Eupe, he has been in a senior management position for a public listed property and construction company managing the construction business in Kedah, Penang and Kuala Lumpur. He was also active in the construction fraternity and has held the post of Vice President for the Master Builders Association Malaysia and Secretary General for the International Federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractors Association until 2018. He was also appointed as a member of the National Council of Occupational Safety and Health in 2016 and 2017.
