Eupe held a virtual Extraordinary General Meeting on 22nd December 2023 seeking shareholder approval for the Proposed Private Placement of 19,200,000 new ordinary shares in Eupe Corporation Berhad, as well as the proposed establishment of Long-Term Incentive Plan for its directors and employees. All 11 resolutions were passed today.

This private placement will assist Eupe in raising additional funds for the development of its latest project in Kedah, Edgewater, while the Long-Term Incentive Plan aims to align its directors' and employees' interests to Eupe's corporate goals.
