Ever since moving into Parc3, I have always anticipated the moment of getting off work and coming back home. Away from the hustle and bustle, at Parc3 I get to reconnect with nature in this urban environment. Eupe has done an exceptional job in incorporation biophilic elements at Parc3. From cascading water features, herb gardens, two sky gardens to a sanctuary garden in the sky. Parc3's biophilic design engages all senses. And if I can't get enough of Parc3's facilities, located right in front of Parc3 is a 64-acre public park with a pool! Parc3 undoubtedly has been one of the best purchases so far, an investment in both my wellbeing and capital. My 2022 is off to a great start!

Why I love Parc3 as it's designed by nature. A building that breathes from lots of herbs, flowers, trees and green plants inside the building area. The innovative building structure also increases the circulation of air and cools down the outside heat throughout the building units and makes my home feel much fresher. Parc3 creates a natural and healthier lifestyle for my family to live in this busy urban area which can't be found anywhere else. The night view in Parc3 is amazing. Even a staircase is a nice spot for photos. Believe me, if you stay here, you wouldn't feel like staying in your unit. Too many facilities and places to visit with family

Location wise is super convenient! It has everything you could desire. Shopping malls. Food court. Yes! It's all nearby. I've never thought of having a condominium that makes me feel like I'm at a resort. The environment is perfect! This is why I chose Parc3 as my first home. I get to enjoy different vibes here.

One of the reasons we fell in love with Parc3 is because of Levels 7A and 8. The Olympic-sized pool, other recreational and family fun facilities make us feel like we're at a resort. The private feel allows us to enjoy the outdoors when we're home sweet home.

Details make perfection. I appreciate the simple yet rich design details of Parc3 residences. This shows how much effort and the endeavours of the developer to raise the bar. And yes. It does exceed my expectations. Every common area even the corridors look gorgeous. It is our lovely home and simultaneously, it feels like a resort.
