In the category for developers with a market capitalisation below RM1 billion, the mid-tier segment demonstrated notable strategic agility. Avaland Bhd claimed the top position, reinforcing its strong presence while also earning the Best in Quantitative Award. Close behind were WCT Holdings Bhd and Eupe Corporation Bhd, securing second and third place, respectively.
