Eupe Corporation Bhd held the topping-out ceremony for its Helix2 @ PJ South project, marking a key milestone in its commitment to affordable housing in Malaysia. Helix2, Eupe’s fourth high-rise development in Kuala Lumpur, focuses on providing affordable homes and has achieved a 95% sales rate.

Group Managing Director Dato Beh Huck Lee emphasised the importance of rethinking affordable housing design to ensure long-term asset and lifestyle value, highlighting Eupe’s "Shared Value" philosophy. The project includes features like energy-efficient lifts and lights and virus-prevention infrastructure, typically rare at this price point.

Eupe aims to continue innovating in the affordable housing segment as demand remains strong in Malaysia.
