Eupe Corp Bhd has announced impressive financial results for the fourth quarter ended Feb 29, 2024. The company reported a 29% year-on-year increase in net profit, reaching RM14.54 million, largely attributed to robust revenue growth in its property development sector. Overall quarterly revenue surged by 36.1% year-on-year to RM107.28 million. For the full financial year, net profit rose by 35.5% year-on-year to RM35.4 million, with revenue climbing by an impressive 68.4% to RM340.18 million. Eupe Corp attributes its improved profitability to strong property sales and ongoing projects in the central region.
