Eupe Land Development Sdn Bhd, an indirect subsidiary, of Eupe Corporation Berhad has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Sing Ta Nian Development Sdn Bhd to acquire a parcel of freehold land in Kedah for RM40 million.
