Eupe Corp Bhd’s Helix2, a 500-unit serviced apartment in PJS 5, Petaling Jaya, is 97.2% sold and on track for completion in October. Launched in October 2022, the 34-storey development features six layouts (572–1,054 sq ft), with prices from RM550 psf and a GDV of RM274 million.

Eupe is also launching three new projects—two in KL (Belfield and Bangsar) and one in Sungai Petani, Kedah—with a combined GDV of RM1.7 billion. Despite economic challenges, Eupe remains optimistic about Malaysia’s property market in 2025, citing demand for sustainable, high-quality homes.
