EUPE Corp Bhd topped out its Helix2 affordable high-rise project in PJS 5, Petaling Jaya, which is 95% sold and set for completion in October 2025. The RM288 million development features 500 serviced apartments in a 33-storey tower, with prices around RM550 per sq ft. TCS Construction Sdn Bhd is the main contractor.

Group managing director Dato Beh Huck Lee highlighted the company's 40 years of experience in affordable housing, with Helix2 being its first affordable project in Kuala Lumpur. EUPE Corp director of sales, marketing and design Datin Michelle Gan noted the project’s resort-like design and premium-style facilities tailored for affordability.
