Eupe Corp Bhd is purchasing a 2.46-acre freehold land in Kuala Lumpur for RM69.18 million. This acquisition will be financed through internal funds and borrowings and aligns with Eupe's strategy to expand its land bank and property development portfolio.

The land, located on Lot 51863, Mukim Kuala Lumpur, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, will be developed into a high-rise residential project. Eupe expects this development to positively impact its future revenue and profitability, utilising its financial resources efficiently for better shareholder returns.
