Eupe Corporation Bhd Managing Director Dato Beh Huck Lee expressed confidence in the company’s future, highlighting the strong performance in FY2024 with a 68% increase in revenue to RM340.18 million and a 56% rise in pre-tax profit to RM57.8 million. The company’s major projects, Est8 @ Seputeh, Helix2 @ PJ South, and Villa Natura in Kedah, are nearly sold out. Circadia @ Belfield and Edgewater, the largest projects to date, are set for launch in 2025. Eupe's unbilled sales exceed RM710 million, offering a strong profit outlook.

Eupe will distribute an interim dividend of 2.2 sen per share for FY2025, up from 1.5 sen in FY2023. The company has won several prestigious property design awards and reported record revenue growth in North Malaysia. Despite financing additional land for Edgewater, Eupe maintains a healthy debt ratio of 0.23 times, ensuring solid financial footing for future growth. Dato Beh emphasised that the company is prepared for more complex projects and aims to enhance its market presence through innovation and high-quality products.
