Eupe Corporation Berhad’s Helix2 project in southern Petaling Jaya has topped out, marking a significant step in the company's commitment to affordable housing in Malaysia. This is Eupe's fourth high-rise residential development in the Klang Valley, focusing on affordable homes. Over the past 40 years, the company has built more than 25,000 housing units, mostly affordable, in northern Malaysia.
Group Managing Director Dato Beh Huck Lee emphasized the importance of affordable housing in the country, given rising property prices and limited investment resources. He highlighted the need for innovative design approaches to create long-term value for homeowners and to meet future market demand. EUPE's "Shared Value" concept aims to build homes that provide lasting value at different life stages, with the Helix2 project already 95% sold.
TCS Construction’s Executive Director, Dato Tee Chai Seng, also attended the ceremony.
