Eupe Corporation Bhd plans to launch two major projects next year, with a combined development value of RM1.7 billion. The Circadia @ Belfield in Kuala Lumpur, covering 4.8 acres with an estimated value of RM1 billion, and the Edgewater project in Sungai Petani, covering 129 acres with a value of RM700 million, will be the company’s largest to date. The Bangsar project, valued at RM300 million, is in its early stages and expected to launch in 2026.
The company’s current unbilled sales stand at RM710 million, providing a strong profit outlook. Eupe maintains a healthy debt ratio of 0.23 times, allowing room for future growth. For FY2024, Eupe will pay a dividend of 2.2 sen per share, up from 1.5 sen in FY2023. While future dividends may adjust based on market conditions and investment opportunities, the company is committed to maintaining long-term dividend stability.
