Eupe Corporation Berhad's property development business saw a strong performance, with second-quarter net profit surging 179% to RM14.838 million. For the first half, net profit nearly doubled to RM24.275 million. Revenue increased by 41.11% to RM103.128 million in the second quarter and by 49.86% to RM215.202 million for the first half.

While pre-tax profit from property development rose 78.77% to RM17.979 million, the property construction segment turned to a pre-tax loss of RM381,000, and the golf course management business’s loss widened to RM3.255 million.
