Dato Beh Huck Lee, Managing Director of Eupe Corporation, emphasised the need for transformation at the Cinta Sayang Golf & Country Resort to foster a sense of community in the post-pandemic era. Speaking at the "Run for a Greener Tomorrow" charity event, Beh noted that people's lifestyles have changed significantly, with social connections becoming more digital and less personal. He envisions Cinta Sayang evolving into a vibrant community hub where people can gather, fostering connections and combating the growing sense of loneliness, especially among the elderly. The resort, established in 1987, has been an integral part of the community, and this transformation aims to revitalise its role by organising various activities to keep the community active and healthy.

The charity run event, which saw around 700 participants from diverse backgrounds, successfully raised over RM150,000. The event was supported by local businesses, staff, and the public, with Uber sponsoring and covering participants' registration fees. Kuala Muda District Officer Dato Haji Abdul Gafar Bin Yahya, along with Datin Michelle Gan, Sales Director, joined Beh in leading the event. Beh highlighted the importance of community support in charitable efforts, believing that collective contributions can significantly impact societal issues. He hopes that through such activities, the seeds of kindness and community spirit will continue to grow.
