Eupe Corp Bhd has estimated a gross development value (GDV) of RM300 million for its newly acquired 2.46-acre land in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. The high-rise residential project is set to launch in 2026 and is expected to be completed within four years, possibly before 2030. The company, which recently acquired the land for RM69.18 million, has sufficient land bank in the north and central regions to meet development needs for the next seven to eight years without additional purchases.

The group recorded revenue and pre-tax profit of RM340.2 million and RM57.8 million, representing a respective 68% and 56% year-on-year rise, driven by strong sales and ongoing projects in the central region. The company also expects to launch two other projects, Circadia @ Belfield in Kuala Lumpur and Edgewater in Sungai Petani, Kedah, by 2025.
