The Est8 Sales Gallery was filled with festive cheer on 8 February 2025 as Eupe hosted a vibrant Chinese New Year Community Celebration, bringing residents and families together for cultural experiences, workshops, and traditional treats. Guests enjoyed festive delicacies like tanghulu, muah chee, and dragon beard candy, while hands-on paper-cutting and soap-making workshops sparked creativity.

The lion dance performance thrilled the crowd with energetic movements, followed by a Chinese orchestra performance that set a serene ambiance. Through this event, Eupe successfully fostered a sense of togetherness and cultural appreciation, allowing the community to connect and celebrate in an enriching way.
