Responsibilities:
• Prepare working drawings/ details drawings/ civil & structural drawings/ construction drawing son all relevant technical/ construction aspects with specific attention to ensuring all specifications, co-ordinating dimensions and drawing references comply with all relevant requirements etc.
• Work closely with all relevant consultants as well as company’s site teams to progress and achieve requirements while deriving the most cost-effective and innovative solutions.
• Proactively assist, discuss and communicate on /drafting details with all levels of external/internal team members.
• Reproduce, create & draft project drawings when required in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare necessary documents and drawings for reports & submissions

Requirements:
• A Certificate/Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design drafting or equivalent.

Design Architect / Product Team Leader Post

Summary
• An architectural degree graduate, minimum Part II, with 5-10 years hands-on working experience in a Consultant environment.
• and artistic with a strong portfolio of design projects as an architect and/or supportive architect role.
• Confident speaker with good oral and written communication skills to illustrate the Company's design and product vision to Internal and External team members.

Essential Duty & Responsibility:
• Develop and lead the production of schematic design, design development and technical documentation where required.
• Reading and understanding blueprints and technical diagrams across design disciplines. Attention to visual detail and the ability to troubleshoot is imperative.
• Provide design leadership whilst engaging with with cross functional team members such as Sales & Marketing, Cost & Contract and Construction to achieve the best-practice design that meets and exceeds market expectations.

Core Skills:
• Advanced proficiency with relevant computer programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
• Knowledge and hands on working experience of AutoCAD is an important prerequisite.

Responsibility
• Review all civil & structural drawings in order to identify and mitigate any foreseeable project issues or risks.
• Manage all engineering aspects of projects to ensure a careful balance between quality and cost.

Responsibility
• Ability to perform accurate measurement and BQ preparation within short time frames.
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers to anticipate and resolve issues relating to construction contracts.
• Coordinate the activities of different functional sections of projects in both pre and post contract stages.
• Assist project teams and purchasing department on matters relating to project procurement to ensure project completion is achieved within cost.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, variation orders and final settlements with both internal and external clients.

Responsibility
Working as part of the project management team, you will be responsible for the supervision and monitoring of each stage of the construction works including but not limited to piling, civil & structural works and infrastructure works.
You will supervise sub-contractors and direct workers on daily site activities and to ensure that all materials delivered to the site are in accordance to the approved specifications and inspection tests. You will also report to superiors on the progress of the works on a regular basis.

Requirement:
• Diploma in civil & structural, building engineering or equivalent

Responsibility
• Assist the sales team and sale management on daily sales & marketing activities.

Responsibility
• Assist Finance Manager in daily finance operations
• Assist in preparing financial projections and feasibility studies on development projects
• Prepare half yearly cash flow forecast (on monthly basis) and annual budget with inputs from various department
• Prepare monthly comparison of actual vs forecast/budget
• Perform operational and administrative functions related to utilization, maintenance and operation of banking facilities
• Verify and post details of business transactions such as funds received and disbursements
• Check invoices against purchase orders, search for discrepancies and recommend payments
• Review and verify documents for payment processing, account statements, reports and any other records
• Reconcile general ledger accounts with various registers and investigate discrepancies noted
• Review bank reconciliations
• Monitor loans and accounts payable to ensure it is up to date
• Monitor the weekly cash flow position of the company, which include the current account bank balances, fixed deposits, bank borrowings and inter-company balances
